Job Description

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Write and optimize complex
MySQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and testing.
Automate repetitive data processes using
Python scripts
where applicable.
Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually effective manner.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
MySQL
(complex queries, joins, aggregations, and optimization).
Hands-on experience in
data extraction, transformation, and validation (ETL)
processes.
Good to have
Python scripting
experience for data automation and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with large-scale datasets or in a fast-paced analytical environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts.
