Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Antivirus, etc. Knowledge of MS Exchange. Job profile: Providing L2 technical supportto respective L1 engineers with defined SLAs. Monitoring and administrating network(Switches, Firewall, Routers,Wireless equipment) and server. L2 Supportfor troubleshooting of server hardwareand Operating system related issues. Maintaining definespolicies and securityrights over ActiveDirectories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure). Responsible for testingand upgrading windowspatches on regularbasis. Daily/ weekly/ monthly network and server health Infra related MIS reports. Monitoring & Management of Backup Application. Implementing and administrating networkdevices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security withina Windows Server and Linuxenvironment. Good Knowledge about Print Server, File Server and WSUS Server. Good Knowledge Backup types,configuration and Management. Good Knowledgeabout Storage management (NAS & SAN).
