System Admin GCAS

Responsibilities:

• Key user of the Concur application
• Second line support to resolve end-user- and application topics
• Coordinate support issues with other support functions
• Participate in Concur implementation projects and other project related activities
• Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
• Be the network into the third- (FOC GCAS) and forth (Central Concur team) line support
• Work together with Functional Specialists and Process- and Master Data Owners to perform process and system evaluations to improve user experience and business operations
• Application maintenance, support and master data mgmt., such as:
• Monitor file imports and act on errors/warnings
• Create support materials to end user and admins
• Run add-hoc reports and schedule reports

• Understanding of Financial processes, process development and improvement.
• Good understanding in the complexity behind Travel & Expense and it’s cross-functional processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English
  

Candidate Profile:

• 4-7 years university studies within Computer science, business administration or Finance
• 4-7 years’ experience working with system administration, Travel & Expenses or Financial Systems
