We are looking for a skilled Sweet Maker to join our team, responsible for creating high-quality sweets and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in confectionery production and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook various types of sweets, including cakes, cookies, and pastries.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all sweet-making activities.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and ideas to enhance the menu's diversity.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sweet Maker or similar role in a bakery or patisserie shop.
Strong knowledge of confectionery products, ingredients, and techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and machinery.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
