We are expanding our production team and looking for skilled Andhra Sweet Makers with expertise in traditional recipes and modern hygiene practices. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of traditional Andhra sweets such as Bobbatlu, Pootharekulu, Sunnundalu, Ariselu, Kajjikayalu, Bellam Mithai, and festival-special sweets. Maintain authentic taste, texture, and consistency in every batch. Measure and mix ingredients such as jaggery, ghee, rice flour, urad dal, and sugar in accurate proportions. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely. Follow hygiene, safety, and FSSAI food handling standards. Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages. Work with the production team to achieve daily/weekly sweet-making targets. Innovate and suggest new sweet varieties while preserving authentic Andhra flavors. RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in making Andhra traditional sweets (restaurant, sweet shop, or catering background preferred). Strong knowledge of authentic Andhra sweet recipes and techniques. Ability to work in a high-volume production environment. Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Good teamwork, time management, and consistency in output. Preferred SkillsSpecial expertise in festival sweets & jaggery-based sweets. Ability to train junior staff.
