YOUR TASKS

Job Objective Support with the assessment of the CO2-related sustainability requirements by different stakeholder groups. Aide in the development of suitable initiatives to address needs for action including identification of appropriate levers for execution.

Duties and Responsibilities Sustainability Supporting Business Groups and Corporate Functions in defining their roadmaps, in particular for strategic planning and budgeting. Support with the oversight and project leadership on calculation of Group CO2 footprint and audit. Reviewing and revising sustainability proposals or policies. Research or review regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability. Contributing to the further development of the overall HELLA and Forvia sustainability roadmap and strategy. Supporting the HELLA Sustainability Office on any new initiative linked to CO2, as necessary. Supporting the preparation of CO2 submissions to CDP and other extra-financial reporting agencies, as necessary, for HELLA and, as needed, Forvia Group Identifying and aiding with the creation of new sustainability indicators. Creating or maintaining plans or other documents related to sustainability projects. Providing technical or administrative support for sustainability programs or issues. Developing reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. Collecting information about waste stream management or green building practices to inform decision-makers. Assessing or proposing sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance. Monitoring or tracking sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, and recycling.

Developing sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, or strategies in collaboration with other sustainability professionals.

You have a degree in engineering, ideally in mechanics. You have proven expertise in the area of development of products Excellent Excel / Powerpoint knowhow. SAP / Palantir is nice to have Distinctive experience in international project business and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry. You are highly committed and have a proactive attitude. Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working.
