Livebox is a leading provider of innovative live streaming solutions, offering robust, scalable, and customizable video streaming, conferencing, and OTT services to businesses worldwide.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support - Technical Engineer to join our team. You will provide technical support for Livebox products and services to our customers, ensuring smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory to effectively support our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via calls, email, chat, and remote sessions for Livebox streaming and server products.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to server setup, streaming configuration, encoding, CDN integration, and client workflows.
  • Guide customers through product installation, setup, and best practices.
  • Document issues and resolutions clearly in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform regular system checks and ensure service uptime for managed clients.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Train clients on new features and updates as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
  • Provide support in Hindi and English to meet customer language requirements.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hindi and English (speaking).
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or system administration (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
  • Good understanding of:
  • Linux/Windows server environments
  • Networking fundamentals (IP, ports, firewalls)
  • Streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS, WebRTC)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience supporting streaming, broadcasting, or OTT solutions.
  • Familiarity with video encoders, OBS, vMix, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms or server management.
