Support Services Specialist

As a Support Services Specialist at ABB, you will play a crucial role in providing support services to businesses across various administrative areas. Your dedication to engaging with internal customers daily and driving efficient support services will be key to the success of the role. Your work model will be on-site, contributing to the Electrification Business of ABB. Your responsibilities will include providing services in administrative areas to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. You will oversee the delivery of services by external providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings for continuous improvement. Developing training materials and resources tailored to specific location and business needs will be an essential part of your role. You will be accountable for ensuring service delivery 24/7/365 in line with ABB's EHS safety policy and guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for Service Sales, including order booking, revenue generation, collection, and product and safety training for the team. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UPS service industry, along with a BE/Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics. Good knowledge of UPS systems and a focus on delivering high-quality service for customer satisfaction are essential. Strong communication skills will be an asset in effectively carrying out your responsibilities.
