A highly skilled Senior Quality Control Engineer responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities within a stainless steel tube manufacturing facility. This role ensures that raw materials, in-process production, and finished stainless steel tubes meet national and international standards such as ASTM, ASME, EN, and ISO. The engineer leads inspection processes, develops testing protocols, identifies quality gaps, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero-defect production. Responsibilities also include managing quality documentation, supervising QC inspectors, coordinating with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position demands strong metallurgical knowledge, hands-on experience with NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT, Eddy Current), mechanical testing, dimensional inspection, and process quality control within tube/welded/seamless pipe manufacturing environments.
