Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to support our production and

quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management.

The role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

manufacturing environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

> Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy.

> Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating

procedures.

> Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch.

> Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance.

> Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components.

> Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment.

> Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics.

> Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench.

> Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements.

> Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

> PCB soldering (through-hole & SMD)

> Wiring & crimping techniques

> Reading circuit diagrams & mechanical drawings

> Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments

> Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components

Soft Skills:

> Attention to detail and precision

> Teamwork and communication skills

> Time management and ability to meet deadlines

> Problem-solving mindset

Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

> Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware loading

> Familiarity with ISO/quality standards in manufacturing

> Basic mechanical assembly skills

> Experience in repair & rework of electronic products

> Computer skills for documentation (MS Excel, Word)
