Support Hospitality Sales FlooringAs a Deputy Manager in the Hospitality Sales Flooring department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your assigned region. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage channel partners, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence to inform business decisions.Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services in the assigned region.Manage and grow relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.Gather and analyze market intelligence to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.Leverage product knowledge to identify and promote solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.Ensure customer centricity by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast sales, and manage customer relationships.Build and manage high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.Resolve conflicts and manage interpersonal relationships within the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Use analytical thinking to solve problems, make decisions, and drive business growth.Demonstrate a global mindset and business & commercial acumen in all activities.This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and flooring products.
