Job Description

Role summary:

As a PMO Lead, the individual needs to have a good understanding of complete lifecycle of Delivery Projects. This role will be closely working with the GDL & Delivery Partners to manage their entire portfolio.

Domain experience needed:

  • PMO with strong experience in Governance and Reporting.

  • 8+ years of total experience, with at least 1 successful PMO setup or operations experience. Coming from a Delivery experience will be an advantage

Should we able to manage 2-4-member team

  • Understanding of delivery operations across T&M and fixed-price models

  • Experience in tracking project financials and staffing utilization

  • Organized, process-driven, and proactive communicator

  • Comfortable in high-change environments

o Should have strong stakeholder management skills to work in collaboration with Sales leadership, Delivery, WMG, TAG and finance functions.

  • Experience in working with Clients Stakeholders in areas like Invoicing/related

o Should be able to Define and implement PMO standards, templates, and reporting across the portfolio.

o Develop and present executive-level portfolio health reports to the GDL and senior leadership

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Aligning with CP and DP on New and Pipeline visibility along with BizOps.

  • Create Financial and OPS Summary for the GDL Portfolio - highlight actions and interventions required

  • Allocation Governance: Both billable and non-billable for an account

  • Demand Governance, along with co-ordination with TAG & WMG for timely fulfilment

  • New project creation in Aspire

  • Customer Onboarding and offboarding

  • Time sheet compliance (full time and contractors) : Follow up with employees, Assist PMs with allocation changes, Time Reconciliation (customer vs Aspire)

  • Project Locking: 100% compliance for timely revenue recognition

  • Invoicing Support & Reconciliation

  • Employee release feedback: ensuring PMs raise release feedback timely.

  • Others: Revenue Grid creation, IMF forms, Client reports if any, BGV Tracking, DL updates, Audit Support, Shift allowance
