Support Executive – Technical Support (SaaS / CRM)

Ruby is a Dubai-based, AI-powered SaaS company building a modern Real-Estate CRM platform for brokers, agents, and real-estate teams in high-growth markets. Our platform helps businesses manage leads, properties, clients, and workflows efficiently through automation, centralized data, and intelligent systems. Ruby serves international clients, primarily in the UAE, with engineering and operations powered from India.

We are looking for a proactive Support Executive – Technical Support to join our growing team. This is a technical support and client success role, not a software development position. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth usage of the Ruby CRM platform.

• Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients
• Perform technical triage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact
• Assist clients with onboarding and conduct remote training sessions (via Microsoft Teams)
• Communicate clearly with international clients through written and verbal English
• Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and resolution notes
• Develop deep product knowledge of Ruby CRM workflows and features

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or any technical discipline preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn SaaS products and workflows quickly
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as:
• SaaS platforms and CRM systems
• Python (basic), SQL (basic), APIs (basic understanding)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer support tools is a plus

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or SaaS support preferred
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply
