Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Support Executive – Technical Support to join our growing team. This is a technical support and client success role, not a software development position. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth usage of the Ruby CRM platform. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients Perform technical triage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact Assist clients with onboarding and conduct remote training sessions (via Microsoft Teams) Communicate clearly with international clients through written and verbal English Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and resolution notes Develop deep product knowledge of Ruby CRM workflows and features Required Skills & Qualifications Background in IT, Computer Science, or any technical discipline preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn SaaS products and workflows quickly Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding of IT concepts such as: SaaS platforms and CRM systems Python (basic), SQL (basic), APIs (basic understanding) Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer support tools is a plus Experience 0–2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or SaaS support preferred Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply Work Conditions Full-time Work From Office role Location: Dahod, Gujarat What You’ll Get Exposure to international (Dubai-based) clients Hands-on experience with a production-grade SaaS CRM Fast-paced learning environment with growth opportunities Opportunity to grow within a scaling, product-driven company
