Job Description

Planning, Monitoring, Control and Closure:-

Monitor, control & take actions for initiation of Project.

Prioritizing the work to align with strategic plan on project timeline.

Monitor & control the deliverable as per baseline schedule and cost.

Monitor & control detailed activity-based plan with resources on iterative basis.

To take actions for closure of all contracts with onsite inventory management, contractor payment, Customer validation, update lesson learned, risk register update.

Risk Management for Project Execution & Sustenance:-

Identify the Risks & prepare their mitigation plans are in place.

Monitor identified risk during execution.

Monitor to forecast risk during execution and take action for update accordingly.

Execution, Communication and Conflict Management:-

To prepare contract proposal with details scope for Contract Management.

Preparation of Bid and recommendation for technical approval.

Monitoring & control execution job as per defined battery limit and take actions for regularization and audit compliance.
