Job Description

As a Deployment Analyst, you play a critical role in managing and coordinating the deployment of software, systems, and updates across multiple environments. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient, on-schedule deployments with minimal disruption to business operations. You will troubleshoot deployment issues, monitor post-deployment performance, and enhance deployment processes through automation and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end release processes, coordinating with clients and engineers. Prepare knowledge base documentation as needed. - Troubleshoot post-deployment issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution. - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive deployment tasks. - Identify potential risks in the deployment process and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure clear communication through well-logged calls that can be easily understood by any team member. - Execute agreed processes for implementing fixes/changes and understand the impact of non-delivery on PMC's reputation with clients. - Provide regular client and internal communication on assigned activities and incidents, escalating issues to the Team Leader/Support Manager when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL server database, certification preferred. - Proficiency in Windows batch scripting. - Experience in helpdesk, incident, and problem management as L2 support. - Exposure to client interactions with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Desirable: Good understanding of ITIL framework and processes, ITIL certification preferred. - Desirable: Ability to share ideas, self-confidence, a proactive and solution-oriented personality, quick learner, and reliable individual for client management.
