Supply Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the supply management of services as a Supply Manager at Livspace. Your key duties will include end-to-end sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors in alignment with the supply plan while ensuring strict compliance. You will also be accountable for vendor negotiations to optimize product margins. Additionally, you will take the lead in managing the ratings, bandwidth, rewards, and churn of contract vendors, along with handling day-to-day vendor escalations. Proactive engagement with various stakeholders such as QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams will be essential to monitor and resolve relevant parameters and issues. Conducting monthly town halls with vendors and active participation in special projects and key initiatives will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree from any institution and possess 4-5 years of experience in vendor management or operations. Strong problem-solving skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, moderate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, good aptitude, and a high level of ownership are required attributes for this role.
