Supply Chain Supervisor

As a Supply Chain Manager, your role involves complying with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations. It is essential to ensure that all your duties are carried out in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics policies. You will be responsible for managing a team of supply officers and overseeing the technical supply of 4 to 5 vessels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with the purchasing process - Proposing a continuous performance improvement plan - Managing the timely ordering of day-to-day requisitions - Processing approval for quotations and offers received to place orders - Preparing and sending enquiries to relevant suppliers - Analyzing suppliers" offers and selecting the best one according to the procurement policy - Following up on the availability of orders at suppliers" premises - Ensuring timely delivery on board through the logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel and/or shipyard - Monitoring problematic invoices for a better 3-way match between PO/Invoice/good receipt Qualifications required for this role include a License degree in supply chain or international trade. Additionally, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in technical procurement/supply chain, knowledge in Shipmanagement, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and the following personal attributes: - Good level in English - Analytical skills - Result-oriented - Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills - Basic technical knowledge of vessels - Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment - Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and agile - Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills - Good communication and team spirit Join us in our mission to excel in the supply chain management of vessels and contribute to the success of our operations.,
