Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Project Manager with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, supplier program management, or project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage complex schedules and influence supplier outcomes.
Develop and implement effective production planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier operations strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, supplier program management, or project management.
Strong knowledge of production planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and project management tools.
Willingness to be based full-time at the supplier site, with potential travel to other supplier facilities.
