Role Overview: Capgemini Invent is looking for a professional to lead the design and delivery of transformative supply chain solutions for leading companies. In this role, you will collaborate with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges, develop solutions, and ensure timely project completion aligning with commercial goals. You will be responsible for applying appropriate implementation approaches, tools, and methodologies to deliver quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning areas including Demand Forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, Inventory planning, Materials planning, S&OP and S&OE, Integrated business planning. - Good understanding of Supply chain strategy, process design/optimization, operating model design, and enabling technology delivery. - Problem-solving capability to identify client pain points and drive KPI improvements through tailored solutions. - Experience in Supply chain solution design, cost optimization, and strategy consultation. - Comfortable working in agile delivery models with a focus on speed and quality. - Ability to apply creative thinking and innovative methods to meet clients' business needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Must have an MBA from any TIER1/2 institute. - Understanding of leading supply chain initiatives like Control Towers, Gen AI, Machine Learning, and their impact on planning stream. - Ability to document AS IS process Maps and design To be Process designs. - Good Communication skills.
