The role involves: - Leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to support the implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working. - Designing and delivering effective change management strategies, approaches, and plans for transformation programs. - Working with senior leadership to create alignment and support program success. - Developing holistic change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle. - Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques. - Conducting key change management activities, such as stakeholder assessment, readiness assessment, impact assessment, communication design, training plan design, and facilitation. - Designing and delivering material to drive awareness, education, and engagement across the organization. - Working with relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in. - Driving continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process. - Participating in internal YashNext initiatives and business development efforts. - Leading and contributing to internal practice and organization development initiatives. - Continually improving frameworks and approaches, developing tools and methods. - Mentoring and guiding a team of consultants to build change management skills.
