Job Description: As a Supply Chain Operations Associate at our organization, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of supply chain activities. Responsibilities: - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering to prevent stockouts. - Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. - Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation of goods. - Assist in procurement activities by negotiating contracts with suppliers. - Ensure compliance with local and international supply chain regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions. - Prepare and present reports on supply chain activities to management. - Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain effectiveness. - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries. - Provide support in resolving any issues related to supply chain operations. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. - Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
