Supply Chain Manager

You have a Job opportunity for Supply Chain Manager Role for our Manufacturing Client in Nairobi, Kenya. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain for sheet metal components, focusing on demand planning and logistics. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, leading demand planning activities, managing raw materials, overseeing logistics operations, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing warehouse operations, and tracking key performance indicators. You will also lead and mentor the supply chain team, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have an Engineering Degree in BE / B.Tech or Masters degree specialized in Supply Chain / Operations, with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in sheet metal or manufacturing industries. You should have proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and logistics management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in ERP and demand planning software, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. Experience with export documentation, international logistics, lean manufacturing, and supply chain analytics tools will be desirable.,
