Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Fresher) – Solar Industry Location: Surat Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BBA / MBA / B.Com or any relevant degree Salary: As per industry standards (No bar for the right candidate) Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the Solar Industry. The candidate will assist in managing procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations in solar project execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material procurement. Monitor inventory levels and track material movement for solar projects. Support logistics and transportation planning for solar site deliveries. Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Assist in negotiation and cost comparison for solar materials. Work closely with the project and accounts team to ensure on-time supply. Prepare reports and support management in process optimization. Required Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills. Good understanding of MS Excel and documentation. Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics preferred. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to learn about solar materials and project flow.
