Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Supply Chain process including Delivery Management and Inventory Management for SDS locations (Bangalore, Chennai, and Trivandrum).
• Oversee the entire supply chain department ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle Supplier Purchase Orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong Supplier Relationships.
• Manage the delivery process, including preparation and maintenance of Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, Warranty documentation, and Customer Acknowledgments.
• Supervise the Stores department and maintain accurate Inventory Management.
• Prepare quarterly reports covering Supply Chain, Delivery Management, and Inventory Management.
• Responsible for managing invoicing and the delivery of systems to customers.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain operations, including Import and Export processes (customs process knowledge mandatory).
• Proficient in software tools, especially Tally.
• Skilled in MIS report preparation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of audit processes.
• Familiarity with E-waybill process.

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience with Import and Export supply chain processes including customs.
• Knowledge of Tally software.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Audit knowledge.
