Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the company's supply chain and logistics strategy. Your role is crucial in maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain principles. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes demand forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics management. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, lead procurement and sourcing activities, coordinate logistics and distribution processes, and manage supplier relationships effectively. Furthermore, you will continuously analyze supply chain data and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for process improvement. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and mitigating potential risks that could disrupt the supply chain are also key aspects of your role. Collaboration with other departments and preparing regular reports on key performance indicators will be essential to ensure a seamless flow of information and goods. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications like CSCP or CPIM are advantageous. - Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. - Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, high level of organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities. - A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
