Job Summary:

The Senior Buyer will lead sourcing activities for specific equipment and/or materials categories, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to strategic procurement initiatives. This role requires strong negotiation skills and technical understanding of semiconductor equipment and/or materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing for assigned equipment and/or materials categories.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Resolve supplier performance issues.
• Support cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on specifications.
• Support and conducts supplier quality improvement and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and/or materials.
