Job Description

Order Management - Monitor and control backlog orders with and without stocks against customer demand to improve customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management - Monitor, enhance and communicate customer demand fulfillment to both intra and inter organization (Customer) to continually improve our service levels aligned with customer.
Demand Planning - Plan and develop forecasting at part and aggregate levels inline with sales and customers targets to improve planning and support for customer demand fulfillment.
Inventory Management - Control and supervise planning and liquidation of excessive stocks for customers to improve free cash flow.
Transportation Management - Plan and supervise logistics execution and physical distribution with cross functional teams for customers to deliver as per transportation TAT(Turnaround Time) while reducing it at transporter hubs and sales return cases.
Project Management - Plan and execute automation projects for our internal processes to improve automation rate and to streamline processes.
Logistics Interface - Bosch (LSP Coordination) - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations with the LSP(Logistics Service Provide), Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to OES/OE customers
Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details with customers to ensure timely paymentsQualifications

BE / B. Tech in Mechanical. MBA in supply chain is desirable.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Logistics Account Management.
Entry-level experience (2-4 years) in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Forecasting.
