Job Description

CKD Supply Chain Expertise :

Strong knowledge of automotive Supply Chain & production processes

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with all CFTs (Cross-Functional Teams), Suppliers, Service Vendors,

Overseas Customers, Headquarters to Achieve Targeted Business Volumes Supply with Zero shortage

CKD Material Procurement.

Irregular Order & Supply Management to meet Requirement of Overseas customer.

Material Receipt & Shortage Part Tracking Management.

Material Balance Out Management & Ensure B/Out Kicked off with all CFT’s to identify critical issues & steer through the team for resolution.

Vendor meetings for Parts productivity and capacity adjustments to match the interfaced orders Requirement.

CKD Expense Costing Validation Management.

CKD Monthly BOM Change Analysis & cost updation follow up with finance for the Newly Added Parts.

Master Data Management(Purchase Price, PNF, Export Price) in ERP system.

Service Provides Cost Validation ( Inland Transportation, labour, Packing Material, Etc.,) Standard Vs Actuals. And Container Vanning & CBM Analysis, Cost saving Management.

Reporting & Documentation

Costing Validation Reports & Documentation, Weekly, Monthly Reports on CKD PSPO Procurements .
