Job Description

As a Supply Chain Executive based in Turbhe with 1-3 years of experience and a Graduate qualification, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Ensure the timely provision of diesel, fast tag amount, and cash to the Pilot when required. - Arrange for a soft copy of POD from the Pilot after the unloading activity is completed. - Connect the POD copy collected by the branch immediately after vehicle unloading, or if outstation, send it via courier to HO. - Connect the data logger report collected by the branch or outstation to HO. - Close Trip settlement in ERP promptly. - Monitor vehicle movement and temperature from pick up to delivery in a timely manner. - Coordinate with Operations personnel to send emails to CS, Sales, and core team with POD copy, Data logger or Elixia report, and delivery time details. - Communicate effectively with lines, operations staff, and transportation contractors. - Utilize your IT skills for generating and sending reports to clients. - Supervise vehicle loading and unloading activities and communicate effectively with the pilot. In addition, you will be responsible for managing various benefits such as Provident Fund and adhering to a fixed day shift schedule. Furthermore, you may be eligible for performance bonuses on a quarterly and yearly basis. Experience in supply chain management, ERP systems, load & unload operations, and supply chain functions is required for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the work location.
