Supply Chain Executive

As a Supply Chain Executive at our company located in Turbhe, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination and management of supply chain activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely provision of diesel, fast tag amount, and cash to the pilot as required. - Arranging for a soft copy of Proof of Delivery (POD) from the pilot after unloading activity completion. - Connecting the POD copy collected by the branch or via courier to Head Office for outstation deliveries. - Managing data logger reports collected by the branch or outstation and forwarding them to the Head Office. - Closing trip settlements in the ERP system. - Monitoring vehicle movement and maintaining the desired temperature from pick-up to delivery. - Coordinating with operations, transportation contractors, and other relevant stakeholders. - Handling vehicle loading/unloading processes and communicating effectively with the pilot. You are expected to possess good communication and IT skills for generating and sending reports to clients. Experience in supply chain management, ERP systems, and load/unload operations is required. The work schedule includes day, fixed, and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.
