Supply Chain Executive

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will lead the strategic evolution and digitalization of the global supply chain. Your role involves designing and implementing next-generation supply chain solutions by integrating advanced analytics, AI, and automation to enhance agility, resilience, and cost-efficiency. You must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving significant change and leveraging technology in the supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Continuously analyzing and improving operational workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics. - Developing and implementing strategies to reduce supply chain operating costs, optimize inventory control techniques, manage supplier performance, and optimize transportation networks and warehousing operations. - Developing, implementing, and ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proactively identifying operational risks within the supply chain. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. - At least 1+ years of proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management. - Hands-on experience with procurement, logistics, and inventory management. - Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
