Job Description

Procurement & Vendor Management Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for goods and services required by the company. Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Prepare purchase orders, track approvals, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues. Inventory & Asset Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels for office supplies, IT assets, operational materials, and branch resources. Plan replenishment cycles and avoid shortages or overstocking. Coordinate asset movement between branches and maintain proper documentation. Logistics & Distribution Coordinate dispatch and delivery of materials to branches/pan India locations. Manage courier/logistics partners and track shipment status until successful delivery. Optimize logistical cost and time wherever possible. Process & Compliance Ensure procurement and logistics activities follow internal SOPs and audit guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and MIS related to procurement, stock, and vendor billing. Support internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
