Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing order and logistics operations, customs and warehouse activities, ERP and process management, as well as lead and customer management in an industrial electro-mechanical or OEM B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer forecasts and order placement with overseas factories. - Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for sea/air shipments. - Ensure timely shipment tracking, delivery updates, and proactive communication with customers. - Handle delays through coordination and issue resolution across functions. - Oversee customs and warehouse operations. - Lead ERP and process management activities. - Capture and qualify leads through CRM systems, route them to sales, and track conversion. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for smooth lead handling and customer engagement. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanical or OEM B2B environments. - Strong understanding of international supply chain, INCO terms, and import/export documentation. - Hands-on experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, and order fulfillment. - Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, MS D365, and MS Office. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-focused, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.,
