• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution 3-8yrs of relevant experience.


• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, GTM, supply chain, or materials management, with a strong ability to analyze and improve complex business processes and systems.


• Proficiency in large-scale MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MFG Pro, along with strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data management tools.


• Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures, including collaboration with regional teams, 3PL warehouses, procurement, engineering, and finance teams.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, train new employees, and engage confidently in cross-functional or remote settings.


• A continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset, with experience in project management, supporting operations initiatives, and optimizing logistics, GTM, VMI/CMI, and master data processes.
