Job Description

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination:

Develop RM & PM procurement plans based on forecast and demand of production.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement teams & other cross functional teams to ensure material availability.
Raise Effluent Purchase Orders (POs) for manufacturing site and tracking.

Inventory Management:

Track inventory quantity, slow-moving or raw material | packaging materials, work in progress and finished goods for own and toll manufacturing site.
Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while preventing stockouts.

Logistics and Transportation Management:

Tracking and follow up on Import & Domestic shipments.
Coordination with transporters for placement of vehicles.

Support in MIS preparation & Reporting:

Reports on PO vs Delivery status
Port stock of RM report to Finance (Monthly)
Open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) & Purchase Orders (POs) Monthly Review
Import material Tracker
Monthly Inventory Reports and Stockout Alerts
Tracker on Inventory Aging
Coordinate with Toll manufacturing partners for production and consumption report. Also handing on reconciliation monthly or quarterly basis
Participate in supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
