Your impact? You’ll drive supplier competency development, ensure proper execution of the Supplier Quality Manual and Danfoss global standards, and secure supplier readiness for new business or resourcing projects—resulting in improved process performance and product quality

You’ll collaborate with site and supplier teams and take ownership of supplier PPAP processes, claim handling, root cause problem solving, and qualification of direct purchased parts, helping us move toward a more efficient and high-quality future.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead supplier claim handling, PPAP, and qualification processes to ensure compliance with Danfoss standards and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, SQE, ASQE, and internal teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Support supplier development through training, audits, and performance reviews to strengthen competencies and close process gaps.
  • Ensure supplier quality and performance data is accurate and used to benchmark best practices.
  • Oversee supplier readiness for new business and resourcing projects in alignment with Danfoss requirements.
  • Utilize tools such as 8D, PMR, DFM, and Controlled Ship Levels to enhance supplier quality and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously learn, apply, and train others on Danfoss standards, tools, and documentation to improve quality performance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field) with 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality.
  • Proven technical background with strong understanding of quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
  • Certified Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt with demonstrated expertise in auditing and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manufacturing environments, ensuring collaboration and problem resolution.
  • Strong communication skills in English for managing supplier interactions and global stakeholder engagement.
  • Committed to safety and continuous improvement, driving quality excellence and process efficiency.
What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
