Supplier Development Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to manage vendor development, onboarding, and product qualification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global market and proven experience in building and maintaining strategic vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to meet business requirements.
• Conduct vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Oversee product qualification and quality verification processes.
• Monitor global market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in vendor development or procurement.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of vendor onboarding processes and product qualification standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
