Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Account Executive who can independently manage accounting tasks, ensure financial accuracy, and support smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing tasks individually with minimal supervision and maintaining compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable independently.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy.
• Maintain petty cash records and oversee expense tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist in internal and external audits with all necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.
• Proactively identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
• Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
