• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and finance to align supplier strategies with business goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with agreements and service levels.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate supplier performance and business development progress to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and market research techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
