Quality Standards:
Develop and maintain quality control standards andprocedures to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internalspecifications.
Inspection Testing:
Design and implement inspection and testing procedures formaterials, products, and processes at various stages of production.
Data Analysis Reporting:
Analyze inspection and test data, identify deviations fromstandards, and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products,perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventiveactions.
Process Improvement:
Work with production teams to improve existing processes,procedures, and products to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Documentation:
Coordinate and maintain extensive documentation, includinginspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), methodstatements, and checklists.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ), safety regulations, and federal or international standards andregulations.
