SUP-GenAffairs-Recep-GFAs an Officer in General Affairs, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. They will be the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships. The Officer will also be responsible for managing vendor contracts and services, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, and conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.Principal Accountabilities
Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all processes and systems run smoothly. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with IT for any technical issues.Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, and visitors. Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendors meet their contractual obligations.QHSE Orientation: Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in all office operations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential risks or non-compliance issues.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. Implement measures to mitigate these risks and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
