As an experienced Success Factors professional with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors suite. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, configuring modules, providing end-user support, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring data integrity. You will also be required to manage system documentation, support HR analytics and reporting, and participate in system testing and validation efforts. Your key responsibilities will include gathering requirements for system implementation, configuring and updating SuccessFactors modules, managing integration points, staying updated with system enhancements, supporting HR analytics needs, and participating in project management activities. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, along with a deep understanding of HR business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors, experience in creating HR reports and analytics, familiarity with HRIS and HCM systems, and training experience are desirable qualifications.
