Role Summary:

BA cum SME

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking modules.
• Conduct end-to-end Business Analysis for system enhancements or new implementations.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and scenario validation.
• Support SIT/UAT testing phases by reviewing test cases, data, and outcomes.
• Lead discussions with client stakeholders and internal product/technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge in

  Finacle Core Banking

  modules (CASA, Loans, Payments, etc.)
• Deep understanding of

  Banking workflows

  , regulatory norms, and functional flows.
• Experience in

  Testing Lifecycle

  – Test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with BFS clients in a consulting or implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with test tools and techniques.
• Prior client-facing or onsite experience is a plus.
