Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from NALSAR and MBA.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in:
Preparing official memos/circulars.

Specialized Knowledge

Expertise in land laws and administration
Familiarity with local land revenue systems and related legal frameworks.

Policy Analysis & Development

Ability to study and compare land policies in different countries and states, especially those recognized for:
Effective land management.
Transparent property registration.
Analyze existing land laws and administrative frameworks to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Draft new policy proposals focusing on:
Enhancing land-use efficiency.
Promoting transparency in land transactions.

Preferred

Prior experience in analysing policies across countries and states.
Experience in drafting new policies for State.

Language

Proficiency in reading and writing Telugu will be considered a significant advantage
