Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Guest Faculty – Quantitative Aptitude

to deliver engaging and effective sessions for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, CUET, and other aptitude-based tests. The ideal candidate will have deep subject expertise, a flair for teaching, and the ability to connect with students across various learning levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live or recorded lectures on Quantitative Aptitude topics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System, Data Interpretation, etc.).
  • Design lesson plans, practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests aligned with the latest exam patterns.
  • Address doubts and provide personalized academic support to students when required.
  • Collaborate with the content and academic team to maintain quality and consistency in teaching materials.
  • Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and syllabi to ensure content relevance.
  • Participate in occasional doubt-clearing sessions, webinars, or student engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of teaching experience in Quantitative Aptitude for competitive exams.
  • Strong command over QA topics with proven track record in improving student outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools, digital boards, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to create engaging, easy-to-understand content for a diverse student base.
