🛠️ Job Title: Sub Contract Executive – Hydraulic Products 🏢 Department: Procurement / Operations 📍 Location: Patancheru 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely supply of hydraulic components. Assist in preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements and work orders. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards. Maintain records of subcontractor credentials, pricing, and delivery timelines. Support procurement team in sourcing and evaluating new subcontractors. Handle basic documentation, invoicing, and follow-ups with internal departments. Assist in resolving any disputes or delays with subcontractors. 📚 Qualifications: Minimum qualification: SSC / Intermediate / ITI (Mechanical or Fitter preferred). Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and components is an advantage. Familiarity with subcontracting processes or vendor coordination is desirable. 🧠 Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word). Ability to work independently and manage multiple subcontractors. Attention to detail and organizational skills. 💼 Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (freshers can apply).
