Position: Sales & Servicing Trainee Assistants/Engineers for Hydraulic Cylinders & Hydraulic Components.
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana
Gender: Male
Age: 21 - 25 years
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Engineering or General Components Sales & Servicing.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills Requisite:
Typically requires you to have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, B.Sc./M.Sc., Science or Mathematics Graduates with interest to take up Sales & Servicing Activities with Commercial Acumen and Negotiation Skills.
2 - 5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, Servicing of Heavy Precision Engineering Equipment or related roles, preferably within the hydraulic cylinder industry.
Experience in B2B sales, especially within industrial or construction sectors, is often preferred.
Salary/Emoluments: Typically, CTC per annum for Trainees can Range between Rs. 3 – 5+ Lacs in a Fixed & Variable Pay format under an Incentive Scheme based on achieving Sales, Market Share & Payment Collection Targets for the Striving.

As a Hydraulic Cylinder Sales & Servicing assistant/Engineer trainee in India, you will focus on driving sales of hydraulic cylinders and related products by identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and building strong customer relationships. You will typically work with industries like, Integrated Steel Pants, Steel/Other Primary Metals & Power Plant Design & Execution Firms & Consultants, Coal & Mining Sectors Equipment, Construction & Mobile Equipment Manufacturers and Segments, Machine Tools & Defence Equipment/ Systems, Oil & Natural Gas Sectors, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering, offering tailored Hydraulic Cylinders Solutions and ensuring Utmost Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in various sectors as detailed above in the description, including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, and Heavy Engineering. Redevelop and bring back all old key customer accounts both in the Private sector & the Government Public Sectors, winning back their Confidence, Trust & Loyalty through targeted sales campaigns and measured deliverables with a focus on Profitability to the Cylinder Division.
Servicing:
Based on service requirements, you will travel to the customers sites and equipment to offer onsite services to troubleshoot and service the companies cylinder equipment by replacement of worn out or damaged components and handover the same for utmost satisfaction with least downtime to them.
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Technical Expertise:
Offer technical solutions, prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the hydraulic cylinder sector.
Skills Required:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, including cylinders, pumps, valves, and other related components.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify leads, build relationships, present technical information, and negotiate deals.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with clients, technical teams, and management.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer breakdown and service requirements and offer servicing solutions.
Business Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and sales strategies.
