What You’ll Be Doing

• Own P&L and topline responsibility

  across studio and digital channels
• Lead all aspects of

  sales strategy and execution

  , from pipeline management to client conversion
• Build and manage strong relationships with

  HNW clients, architects, and interior designers

• Manage and mentor studio teams (sales, marketing, design support) to achieve revenue and service KPIs
• Oversee end-to-end lead flow — from online enquiries to in-studio consultations
• Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns
• Drive studio operations — building workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution
• Liaise with production/logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Solve operational bottlenecks
• Bring structure, while protecting the creative spirit of the brand

• Proven track record of

  sales growth and client relationship management

• Prior experience engaging with

  architects, designers, or HNWIs

  is a strong plus
• Highly organised, excellent communicator, strong team leader
• Tools: Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, Notion/project management tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with production or supply chain workflow
