Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and respond to queries related to

   

  fees, placements, hostel facilities, curriculum, and other academic details.

• Handle

   

  student inquiries and leads

   

  provided by internal teams.

• Guide students through the entire

   

  admission process

   

  and help them complete all formalities.

• Communicate with students through

   

  phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions

   

  when required.

• Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth student experience.

• Maintain student interaction records and update the database regularly.

• Participate in counseling sessions, campus visits, and events as needed.

• Follow up with interested students to help them complete their admission process.
